We are excited to be launching the Institute and to share our advocacy intentions for the benefit of our community. We will be surveying and addressing our needs, guided by member community input, through social education, DEI training and policy analysis, in order to best influence change in ways that positively impact our everyday personal and professional experiences.

In the coming weeks and months, we will be inviting you to become a member of the Institute, participate in our research surveys, and to share your practice, organization or business in our community directory.

We are currently working to select strategic partners and key advisors to best support us in our primary focus areas, and will be launching our training and accreditation programs for organizations and businesses this year. Our community driven research and feedback will contribute to the prioritization, timing and content of the campaigns and educational initiatives we facilitate.
